The second and third ones are Italian/European market side indicator lights (which are mandatory here), not US-market parking lights.

Ah, but that’s not a side marker. You only find those in America and Canada. It’s an indicator. Compulsory on Italian market cars at the time (that car is from 1967) , has extended elsewhere since.

The second one (small front dot) is the best looking, but honestly why bother? I would just fill in the hole and ruin nothing.
